With Mentis Institute, my goal is to help people overcome life challenges and improve their performance through brain and mental training.

I use a powerful combination of scientifically proven methods, such as neurofeedback, hypnosis, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral approaches.

Neurofeedback

Neurofeedback is a safe, non-invasive method of regulating brain activity. It uses sensors to monitor brain waves in real-time, translating this information into a video game or a feedback that you can see or hear. By receiving this feedback, your brain learns to adjust its activity towards your desired goals.

It is like a gym for your brain. It elevates your mental fitness and helps you perform at your best every day.

This method is successfully used to improve sleep, concentration and focus, enhance performance, prevent aging-associated cognitive decline, improve mood, reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, reduce chronic pain, help with stroke rehabilitation, and manage conditions such as ADHD, autism, and brain injury.

Counselling

My approach draws on a range of evidence-based methods, including cognitive-behavioural techniques, to help you work through challenges and build results that actually last.

Call it your mental Swiss Army knife. Practical. No-nonsense. Built for real situations, not theory.

Together, we look at the thought patterns that aren't serving you anymore and work on replacing them with ones that do. Along the way, you pick up skills and strategies you can actually use, for managing anxiety and stress, handling difficult emotions, and building the kind of resilience that holds up when life gets hard again.
